Distance Selling Contract

1. Parties

Seller: OrgInsight Bilisim Teknolojileri A.S. ("OrgInsight"), operating the Job-E platform. Address: Buyukdere Cad. No: 175/7, Levent, Istanbul. Tax office: Zincirlikuyu. Tax ID: 6450695506. Phone: +90 212 932 82 47. Email: info@jobe.ai.

Buyer: The individual or legal entity purchasing credits or services through the Job-E platform ("Buyer"). The Buyer's identity and contact information are recorded at the time of account registration or purchase.

2. Subject matter

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase of Job-E evaluation credits and related digital services through the Job-E platform (jobe.ai). The Buyer acknowledges that they have read the pre-information notice and this contract before completing the purchase.

3. Service details and pricing

• Service: AI-powered job evaluation delivered digitally through the Job-E platform.
• Unit: 1 credit = 1 position evaluation. Credits are consumed when an evaluation is performed.
• Pricing: Credit prices are displayed on the pricing page, inclusive of applicable taxes (KDV). Prices may vary based on volume and region.
• Currency: Prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY) for domestic purchases. USD pricing is available for international buyers.
• Trial credits: New organizations receive complimentary trial credits with a 14-day expiry. These are not eligible for refund.

4. General provisions

• The Buyer confirms they have reviewed the service features, pricing, and this contract before purchase.
• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of billing and contact information provided during purchase.
• OrgInsight reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Active credits are not affected by price changes.
• This contract is effective upon electronic acceptance by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

5. Payment terms

Payments are processed securely through iyzico, a licensed payment service provider. The following methods are accepted:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Troy) via iyzico checkout.
• Bank transfer (EFT) for TRY-denominated purchases.
• All prices include KDV (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate for domestic purchases. Export transactions are KDV-exempt.

6. Delivery and performance

The service is delivered digitally and instantly. Purchased credits are added to the Buyer's account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. There is no physical shipment. For EFT payments, credits are added upon confirmation of the bank transfer by OrgInsight.

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Since purchased credits are added to the Buyer's account immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

The Buyer acknowledges this limitation by accepting this contract at the time of purchase. For unused credits, please refer to our Refund Policy.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service provider failures.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from this contract are subject to Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees (for claims within applicable thresholds) and the Istanbul Consumer Courts. The applicable monetary thresholds for arbitration committees are determined annually by the Ministry of Commerce.

10. Effective date

This contract is effective upon electronic acceptance by the Buyer at the time of purchase and remains valid for the duration of the Buyer's use of purchased credits.
