What we send to AI (job evaluation only)

• Department name
• Position title/name
• Position job description (JD)

What we never send to AI

• Submitter identity (submitted_by_name/submitted_by_email)
• Any user IDs, names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses
• Pay equity data (salary, variable pay, tenure, gender, etc.)
• Any other sensitive HR fields beyond the JD/Dept/Position minimum

AI suggestions are reviewed by your team. You control whether to accept, modify, or reject any AI output.
